The PEN Land refers to a metaphysical land that is divided into four Blocks. Each Block represents a distinct theme and location, offering various meeting spaces to accommodate different numbers of participants. These spaces are sold as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and can be rented out for conducting meetings. The owners of these NFTs gain advantages through the rental income they generate.

The Entire land is sold in blocks and sectors. And, the Land is in scarce to maintain its value and reduce inflation.

PEN Blocks

There are four types of blocks with different specifications, capacities, and themes. These include the following:

Revive developed for recurring meetings in Penverse and is meant to be an economical option for meetings with 120 members. Learn More Revive Block

Opulent is developed for Tech side Conversations and are usually set with less meeting capacity. There are about 360 spaces in Opulent Block. Learn More Opulent Block

Palatial developed for massive expos that are held by a group of companies. These are quite vast and will have only 80 such spaces in the Penverse. Usually held for Expos and Company wide huge conferences and broadcast events. Lean More Palatial Block
